Our Residence offers one- and two-roomed flats provided with every comfort: independent air conditioning/heating, linen, garage, private services with multipurpose shower cubicles, direct-dial telephone, Sky TV, safe, stereo system, DVD player and large balconies. Kitchens are equipped with microwave oven and a large fridge.

We provide guests safe parking spaces inside our garage. In addition, there is a token-operated laundry facility on site.

Both adults and children can enjoy our large swimming pool and hire bikes to explore the surrounding area.

We provide special agreements with a renowned restaurant situated 50 metres far from our facility.
