METHODS OF PAYMENT
The hotels listed by RiminiFairHotel.Com give the possibility to make a booking, at the guests’ discretion, using one of the following methods of payment:
Guaranteed credit card - No charge is calculated on the credit card. The credit card data are communicated to the accommodation facility as a guarantee for booking and payment must be effected at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to calculate a charge upon late cancellations of the booking or non-arrivals (see terms and conditions of cancellation).
Advance payment - The credit card will be debited with the total amount of the stay. Extra charges which are not included in the price calculated upon booking must be settled at the hotel.
SAFETY
By both methods of payment, credit card data are encrypted and processed in the utmost secrecy, according to the most scrupulous safety measures. Guaranteed credit card: credit card data are conveyed to the hotel and then protected through a 128 bit cryptography. Advance payment: the payment through credit card is effected through the safe servers of the involved banks; credit card data are not conveyed to the hotel.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
It is possible to cancel a booking up to 3 giorni before the prospective date of arrival without any penalty. Cancellations effected beyond the said term or non-arrivals involve the charge of a penalty of 1 notte for every booked bedroom.
No compensation is due by cancellations of bookings effected through advance payment
